Jira Software Server crashed, what files do I have to retrieve if I did not performed any backup?

My Jira Software in a server crashed and won't open to Windows 10 operating system. I have not performed a backup on projects and the cards. If I can access the hard drive, what files and file location should I retrieve to backup the projects and cards so I can migrate it to a new server? Planning to transfer my license in a new server or in a new hard disk.

Hoping a prompt response as we have an ongoing project being worked on.

Hello,

You should go to the JIRA_HOME/export and find the last backup in this folder. By default Jira creates backups. Also you need JIRA_HOME/data and JIRA_HOME/logos. That is all.
