I am having an issue where my admin account is being redirected to the Service Management portal when I try and access my Jira Software boards. Now I can't see any of my projects or tickets anymore. Does anyone know why this may be happening?

Checking the details of your site, I can see that you are part of the group site-admin only.
It shouldn't be an issue since you are using a Cloud Free site, but since that what gives access to Jira Software and Jira Service Management are specific groups, please add the default groups to your profile.
Go to Cog icon > User management. On Users, select your profile and add jira-software-users, jira-servicemanagement-users and jira-administrators.
Please, give it a try and let us know how it goes.

In the above Highlighted area add (Software, Business) to view Jira projects.
