Jira Software Project sidebar does not load

Hello,

We are observing that sometimes there are errors in the Jira software project sidebar.

The sidebar is there but doesn't load the content. Various error codes are then output, e.g. "ERROR: SYO86S".

In addition, the message appears: "Refresh the page or navigate to another page".

 Refreshing the page or navigating to another page does not change the error message. No content is loaded.

 The problem is unfavorable because no navigation within the project is possible.

If you are on a standard plan, raise a support ticket for this with Atlassian support via https://support.atlassian.com/contact/#/

Since error codes are being raised, there will probably be more information in the logs of your application and you need the Atlassian team to access that information.
