Jira Software (Cloud) Free - how to integrate with paid GitHub?

hi, i have free version of Jira cloud and Paid version on Github but im new to both.

can someone tell me the easy way to integrate both together? and how i can say a bug in jira relates to some code on github?

Sorry the first one is just our link - I should have edited it out. If you added the app you should be good from the Jira side. 

Next you will need to go into GitHub to link it back to Jira. Our GitHub admin did that part so I am not as familiar. But there should be guidance out there.
