hi, i have both versions of Jira paid and free but im looking to get Story and Bug on the free version can anyone help me?

exactly, i cant find them types on the free version, do you know how to add?

Go to Project Settings then Issue Types
Then you need to edit the Issue Type Scheme to add the statuses. If they don't existing in the default list, you can add them at that point.
You will need to be a Jira System Administrator to be able to do that.

sorry i mean how can i add the print screen fields to a bug? i dont currently have them options.
It's one of two things - you either need to add the fields to the screen used for bugs or you need to add the fields to the context for bugs.
It's probably the screen so let's start there. Go to Project Settings > Screens
See if there is a separate screen for Bugs in the screen scheme. If so, click on the screen for Bugs.
Then configure the screen to add the fields.
