Jira Software Capped the number of users I can add. 3 instead of 10

Hi, 

I started a new project recently, and I am using Jira to manage the Sprints. I started adding the members that will participate in the project but doesn't let me add more than three people. Given the urgency I even subscribe to the standard plan, but it continues to not letting add more users. 

I also deactivated one of the accounts and tried to activate it back again after adding the fourth member. But without any success. 

Does anyone have any suggestions on what I can do?

Hi @Marco Marques ,

The first question is how many total users do you have within Jira? The second question is, are you trying to add new Jira users or are you trying to add existing users to a given project?

Currently, 3 active and one inactive. Need to add one more and move the inactive to active. So a total of 5 users. I believe they are already Jira users, but should that not interfere with the number of users in my project?

Can you go to Admin > user management and inspect all users there just to confirm the active users. I would also be interested to understand exactly what you see when you attempt (but fail) to add another user to a Jira project.
