Jira Software App Disabled After Update

I just updated my Jira server instance to 8.16.1 and after the restart none of the jira core apps are working. They are all listed under 'User apps disabled'. I also still have all the apps versioned for 8.16.0 in the app list.

I've stopping my instance and re-run the update, done via a docker.io pull, and restarted 3 times to no change.

Hi @Michael Xu Can you check if you have Jira Software application installed/active from the below page

https://<jira-base-url>/plugins/servlet/applications/versions-licenses

Sometimes we update the jira-core and jira-software is not updated automatically to the jira-core version, please check this and confirm if jira-software installed and showing the same version 8.16.1
