Jira - Slow Loading and SSL Error (ERR_SSL_VERSION_OR_CIPHER_MISMATCH)

Hi Support,
Jira is experiencing slow loading and eventually displays the error page “ERR_SSL_VERSION_OR_CIPHER_MISMATCH.”

This issue is seriously impacting usage.
Please assist with troubleshooting and resolving the problem as soon as possible.
