Jira Site Import hits into PSQL exception error

When restoring a Cloud backup on another Jira Cloud site, the import fails with the following message:

Also other actions (such as inviting users) are impossible

Environment

• Cloud -> Cloud 

Steps to Reproduce

1. Take a backup of a Jira Cloud
2. Restore it on another Cloud

Expected Results

Restoration completes successfully.

Hello @Martina Bobotilova ,

The error you encountered lines up with the following Bug:

• https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/MIG-95

The Bug is noted as having been fixed in the last few days so you should be good to go with a new export file.

Can you generate a new site export from your source Jira instance and try again and let me know how it goes.
