I have followed the installation instructions to add the Slack app to our Jira installation. That works fine. However, when I add the app to slack it takes me to the configuration. I can paste the slack credentials into Jira which appears to work. But I cannot save our server address. When I hit save it simply says something went wrong. I tried removing the plugin and re-adding it. I am not even sure where to troubleshoot as the error message is so vague.
Hey all,
I just wanted to follow up and mention that we had a transient issue with the Jira Server to Slack integration during this timeframe. The issue was resolved fairly shortly after folks noticed issues in their Jira Server instances and everything should be flowing smoothly now.
Cheers,

I just checked our slack integration which seems to be working fine even though our instance is behind firewall. All you can do is create a support ticket with Atlassian. They maintain both the slack app and jira add-on.
