We are aware about the EOL of jira server now in feburary but also we are aware that all apps installed are perpetual licence from now.
Everything is working fine except a app called: ictime TimeTracking & Reporting for JIRA
This app seems not be active even in the market place, but we heavily depends on it to our worklogs. Now the app is not working with the message license expired (attached image)
We tryed to get in touch with the developer but this project seems abandoned, we are asking here for this support because we need some light of how can we solve that or even recover our past worklogs.

I did some searching for you and the vendor has stated that they retired their app.

I think you probably have been informed, based on billing or technical contacts set on the Atlassian id that is related for purchasing apps and managing the licences.
I think you can find the same issue here in their support.
