Jira Server License (Server ID)

Today I had problems with my Jira Server.  So, I uninstalled Jira Sever then done a re-install.  The re-install generated a new Server ID: BHBT-G2JA-THFZ-VJ7S which doesn't match the Server ID that I registered to obtain my Jira Server (Starter License).  When I entered the registered starter license I get "We're unable to confirm that Jira license".

How do I fix this so that I can enter the valid registered Jira Server starter license?
