Hi Rakesh,

You need to add a post function to the transition to the Done status in your workflow and set the value of the Resolution field.

Go to Settings > Issues > Workflows

Search for the workflow that the project uses and needs to be changed

Click on the Edit workflow link

In the popup on the right side choose Post function.

Then add post function and choose Update Issue field.

Hi @Kai Becker  In fact, I have a project board where, despite closing a ticket and updating its status to "closed," the resolution date does not update when the filter is used to search for it.

Once my ticket is closed Just want my ticket resolution dates are auto updated
