You need to add a post function to the transition to the Done status in your workflow and set the value of the Resolution field.

Go to Settings > Issues > Workflows
Search for the workflow that the project uses and needs to be changed
Click on the Edit workflow link
In the popup on the right side choose Post function.
Then add post function and choose Update Issue field.
