Jira Release Screen: Give This Section a Name

We have the need to use the Give This Section a Name when editing and adding details to a Release (FixVersion).

Is it possible to automate the Name of the Section and insert a template in the description via automation? 

My attempts are failing at this point.

At the moment not really, and there's not even a API endpoint you can call for that. 

There's a feature request around that.
