Jira Release Screen: Give This Section a Name

Those new to the Atlassian Community have posted less than three times. Give them a warm welcome!
We have the need to use the Give This Section a Name when editing and adding details to a Release (FixVersion).
Is it possible to automate the Name of the Section and insert a template in the description via automation?
My attempts are failing at this point.
