Hi Team,
User is receiving emails from Jira but they ( Email ) do not have the PDF reports attached.
Can someone explain why this has been happened? Also user has access to JIRA.
What pdf reports? What app are you using to create and attach pdf reports?
Hi Nic,
Thanks for picking up.
Someone created tickets (User Not sure either Manually or Through Email Handler ) and attached the attachments as PDF and sent an Email to the user(s) or DL list. User just received the EMAIL without an Attachments.
What app are you using to create and attach pdf reports? - I wasn't aware of it. Can you please let me know some list of App's so that i will and let you know.

Jira doesn't usually attach files to its notifications, the notifications are for telling people about change, not entire content.
I can't begin to guess what you might have added to get attachments added to notifications.
