There is a limited period of time during which a deactivated subscription can be reactivated before the data is permanently deleted. If it has been 60 days or longer then your data cannot be recovered.
For future reference it takes 120 consecutive days of inactivity for a free subscription to be deactivated. As that deadline approaches Organization Admins should receive emails warning of the impending deactivation. All it takes to keep the site active is to login to the product at least once every 120 days.
