Jira - Program Manager Error - HTTP Status 421- No tenant data found on server

My team just started using Jira. Each time we select the Program Manager we get the error: 

HTTP Status 421- No tenant data found on server

I can't find any fixes anywhere for this issue, and nothing seems to be in the forums either. 

Anyone have any ideas on how to fix the issue or even how to get any official support?
