I do not yet see any screen image attached to your post. Can you provide the text of the message you are seeing?

What action are you trying to execute when you see this message?

Are other users experiencing the same problem?

Have you reported the problem to the administrators of your Jira environment?

This is a user community where we (users of our own Jira environments) try to help other users. We can offer advice, but you should make sure that the administrators of your environment are aware of the problem you are encountering.

We do not have access to your environment. You will need to provide screen images or explain in words what is occurring.

Have you reported the problem to the administrators of your Jira environment?
