Jira Plugin SDK: SIL Script not selectable in post function

I have created a SIL script in "Add-ons" -> "SIL Manager". When I run the script (customfield_10200 = assignee;) following eror message appears: Exception while executing SIL program >>null<<: [SIL Error on line: 1, column: 1] Script is not running in the context of an issue.Cannot get value for field customfield_10200

When I try to add the SIL script to a post function (like "Issues" -> "Workflows" -> "Edit" -> Select a transition -> "Post functions" -> "Add a post function") , the "Sil Post-function" row does not appear.

I use the Atlassian Plugin-SDK. Installed plug-in is the "SIL Engine".

Do I need to configure something? What did I miss?
