My Jira site shows as Page unavailable (Your Atlassian Cloud site is currently unavailable.) and I'm a free user is there a way I can contact support team to raise this issue?

When was the last time you successfully accessed the data?
Atlassian has a policy of deactivating Free subscriptions that are left inactive for an extended period of time. I wrote an article about this if you think that might be your scenario.
It might be a month ago but didn't get any such mails from Jira for the site will be suspended. Is there a way to renew or recover the data from my site
