Jira Misc Workflow Extensions post functions not working

I am seeing an error advising I do not have a vaild JMWE license.  However the license page of Jira shows that the ;license is valid.

Can you advise what is going on here and how to resolve it?  Screenshots below

licensing is actually controlled by Atlassian. You therefore need to reach out to Atlassian support to figure out why your license is considered invalid when it is show as valid on the Manage apps page.
