Manage Attachments window does not accommodate screen width and does not allow resizing .
Browser IE8 and Chrome same problem. Worse in FireFox
Jira Issueview>Attachments>Manage Attachments

Any fix or workaround? Jira 5.2.4.1

Still valid in JIRA 6.4
