Jira MCP and n8n Integration with

We are implementing a workflow that processes JIRA tickets and needs to connect to an external Grafana MCP for analysis, or directly to Loki/Grafana ingress endpoints without using Grafana MCP.

• Does JIRA Cloud or Server have native support for external MCP integration?
• Can Jira MCP or the atlassian-mcp-in-n8n nodes accept external ingress URLs as input and respond directly, for example, to Loki ingress for logs or Grafana ingress for dashboard analysis?
• Are there any restrictions on the types of ingress URLs supported by Jira MCP or atlassian-mcp-in-n8n?
• Do Jira MCP or atlassian-mcp-in-n8n support non-human-in-the-loop workflows, such as service accounts or personal access tokens (PATs) for automation?
• Is there official documentation or a proof of concept (POC) for n8n integration with atlassian-mcp-in-n8n?
• What clients are supported by Jira MCP or atlassian-mcp-in-n8n, and does this support full automation in n8n?
• Are there recommended authentication methods for connecting external MCP services (OAuth, API token, PAT)?
• What are the best practices for configuring external MCP integration or atlassian-mcp-in-n8n ?

Please advise on the recommended approach and any limitations for these integration scenarios.
