I would like to know what would be the best way to get the event when an issue is created. Basically what I want to achieve is whenever an issue is created under a specific project I want to get all the details and trigger a ultra task in snapLogic which is pretty much a rest endpoint.
1. what would be the best way to do it ?
2. is it possible to do it using java?
3. do I need certain permission ?
