Jira License was denied

I have a rhel 7.3 server in which license for JIRA is not valid. But iam taking the license from the recommended site

I am afraid your question does not have enough detail.  Could you give us the text of the error message, the version of Jira, and variant (Core, Software or Service Desk), and what licence you're actually using (not the key, but how it is described in your my.atlassian.com account)
