Hello @Motaharin Rova

I'm not sure what you expected to see in Jira or what you consider a "normal" layout. Was the set up and use of Jira included as part of your study?

From the image you provided you are using a Scrum board configuration.

With a scrum board configuration you will have a "backlog" of issues. The Backlog of issues is shown on the tab labeled Backlog.

You will define Sprints from the Backlog screen. Sprints are a time box with a start and end date. You add only as many issues to your sprint as you think can be finished within that time box. When you "Start" your sprint the Sprint and the issues it contains will be visible in the board view, which is what you see when you click the "Active Sprints" tab. Sprints and their content display in the Active Sprints board view only after a sprint has started and until the time you Complete the sprint.

If you want to see a simple list of the all the items, regardless of whether they are in a sprint, the backlog, or were completed sometime in the past, click on the All Work tab.

I also see that you have activated Quick Filters in your current view. That will reduce the number of items shown in your view. Click on the Clear filters option to undo the Quick filters and reveal all the items that can possibly be displayed in your current view.

You can learn more about Jira and the use of Scrum boards within Jira from the free, on-demand training available from the Learning tab at the top of the Atlassian Community pages. Look for the Jira Essentials course as a starting point.
