I can't access Jira; it gets stuck in a loop and never loads. Some of my team members and I have this problem, but others can access it. I've already tried different browsers and internet connections, but still no success. I need help.Captura de ecrã 2026-02-11 151929.png

Hi Keynes,

This message usually indicates a temporary Jira Cloud authentication or session sync issue. In many cases, it resolves on its own after a short time. If it persists, please try clearing browser cache/cookies, ensuring third-party cookies are allowed, and confirming the affected users have Jira product access.

Hi @Keynes Nhabique ,

There doesn't seem to be any incident (at least not a reported one) in the official Statuspage: Jira Status

I've seen this once or twice, but it usually resolves itself relatively soon. As is says in the message, if the app/system isn't accessible for a while, you could reach out to Atlassian Support (needs to be done by app admin, and you need to be on a paid plan though)

Can you share how long you been experiencing this? If you're on the Free plan and cannot raise a ticket, we can reach out to the Forum support team to have them raise a ticket, or we can check the site status for you.  👀

Cheers,
Tobi
