I have embedded the Jira Issue collector in a doc website, on clicking the feedback icon, the Jira Issue collector must be launched. This works perfectly fine in the office laptop. Where as in non-company devices (personal laptop, Mac, iPhone) it does not open.
As per the Atlassian docs, the website visitor does not require a Jira account to launch the Jira Issue Collector.
