Hi everyone,
I’m having trouble displaying Jira issues on a Confluence page using the Jira Issue Macro. Instead of the table, I see the warning: "Jira project doesn't exist or you don't have permission to view it."
The weird thing is from my colleagues perspective this is how the page looks like.
(same page)
Just to get it right the screenshots are in Confluence not in Jira. Cant change it. Sorry for that
Hi @MidnightExe and welcome.
What macro in Confluence are you using?
If the macro is populated by a filter check the filter sharing settings so it is not set to private or a group where you are not a member.
if it is a JQL directly in the macro i would suggest you check that you have permission 'Browse projects' in the spaces/projects included in the filter.
Let me know if this helps!

We managed to get it fixed by increasing the timeout session.
