Jira Issue Collector

I am using a Jira Issue Collector to gather tickets from my users.
I would like to customize the message of the Issue collector but I cannot find what is the format to respect.
Somehow I managed to add some "stars" to highlight mandatory fields focus but I want to :
- add some blank lines
- put some elements in bold
- center on the right
- color some texts

in the message to guide my users.

Can you please help me to identify what is the typo to follow ?

In the "Message" field of the issue collector, you can use the full wiki renderer syntax as described on this page.
