Hello,

One of our business partners informed me that they sent a Jira access invitation email to me. However, I have not received any invitation email so far.

When I try to access the account, I cannot see any related notification. It might be related to email delivery or notification settings. I also see that the product invitation status appears to be open.

Could you please check my Jira access status and assist me with the required steps?

I can share my email address if needed.

Thank you in advance for your support.

Best regards.

Hi @Buğra Sözer

On the community forum we are user like you we can't access Atlassian instances.

You will need to contact the administrator of your instance or the IT department of the company that uses this Atlassian instance.

They need to active your account within the administration of the instance.

Thank you for your response.

When I try to access the account, I cannot see any related notification. It might be related to email delivery or notification settings. I also see that the product invitation status appears to be open. I’ve contacted the workspace owners, but they were unable to resolve the issue. They show that the permissions are granted, but I am unable to access in any way.

I’m reaching out here, thinking that someone with the necessary permissions might be able to assist me, as I couldn’t find an email address to contact directly.

Hi @Buğra Sözer

We can't from here,.

This can only be done by the admins of the Atlassian Cloud instance.

There is an account with your mail address on this instance, but the account is set inactive, and only an admin of that instance can change your account to active again.

This answer is based on the image you provied.

Hi @Buğra Sözer

The first place to check is your spam or junk folder, as Atlassian invitation emails occasionally get filtered there depending on your mail provider's settings. The email will come from no-reply@atlassian.com, so searching for that address directly in your inbox should surface it quickly if it arrived but was sorted away. If your organisation uses any email filtering or security gateway (like Proofpoint or Mimecast), it's worth asking your IT team to check whether the message was quarantined before it reached you.
Since you mentioned the invitation status shows as open, that's actually a good sign as it means the invite was created successfully on their end.

Hope this helps!

Hello @Christos Markoulatos -Relational-

Thank you for your response.

I usually receive these types of invitation emails. I’ve been invited to different projects in the past, but I have not received the Jira invitation email for this project. As a result, I cannot access the project and I am receiving an "inactive" error.

Is there a direct email address where I can contact the support team?

I would really appreciate any assistance.

Thank you.

Hi again @Buğra Sözer

U have to talk with your business partner Jira Admin, If this is an Atlassian issue they are the only ones that can open a ticket to Atlassian.

Hope this helps!
