Hi Praveen,

Atlassian have published guidance on this and is available at https://confluence.atlassian.com/adminjiraserver073/jira-applications-installation-requirements-861253014.html#JIRAapplicationsinstallationrequirements-Server-siderequirementsforproduction

Based on your expected metrics above - you should fit in the below:

  • For a small number of projects (less or equal to 100) with 1,000 to 5,000 issues in total and about 100-200 users, a recent server (multicore CPU) with 2GB of available RAM and a reasonably fast hard drive (7200 rpm or faster) should cater for your needs.

However, there are numerous other considerations for right-sizing your infrastructure such as custom fields, number of workflows, scripting, how many requests those 50 concurrent users create, and the number and type of apps (add-ons/plugins) you install, so whatever you start with, monitor closely to start and adjust up or down to suit, and then continue to monitor as usage grows.
