Jira Gantt chart project plugin

Hi all,

I just installed this plugin for Jira called "JIRA Gantt chart project".

Before I installed it, I did a lot of work creating the right dependencies and the right hierarchy between the different tasks so once I install the plugin - the picture that I will get will make sense.(Tasks/Sub tasks/Fix version value etc)

I opened the plugin in the "Project Portfolio" view, and I grouped the tasks by versions. To my surprise I did not see the tickets I expected to see under the versions. It seems like the plugin ignores the "fix version" data, or maybe maps it in a way that I don’t understand.

Any ideas/suggestions?

Try making a filter on the issues you are looking for. Then in the context filters on the upper right hand corner of the gantt chart UI select the new filter you have made. Perhaps the issues you were looking for were not selected by the chart.
