1. Created vs. Resolved Jira Gadget: Does is consider weekends while calculating the resolution time? Ideally, it should only consider business days but I am not sure, please suggest!
2. What is the difference of calculation between "Created vs. Resolved Jira Gadget" and "Average Age Chart" gadget?

1. This gadget does include the weekends as well (if you hover over the visual, it will display the date and count of created/resolved). I'm not certain if there is a way to change this, though.
2. The Created Vs Resolved purely shows you how many were created and/or resolved, but not necessarily informing you how many of the issues created were resolved in that same period (i.e., 100 issues created, 50 issues resolved, but it doesn't state that 10 of those resolved issues were part of the 100 created ones in that time period). The Average Age chart is only calculating the age of all "unresolved" tickets (so it would not be considering any closed tickets in its calculation).

Thanks for the explaination, this makes a lot of sense. I wish there is a way to change the resolution setting such that it calculates based on business days only!
