Jira Fundamentals course Sample data

I have just signed up for the Fundamentals course.  I have created a new project but I am struggling to find a sample project eg. the How you'll use Jira it says to change your View, open a board etc but I don't have a project to do that.

I found a post that you create the board there is an option to populate with sample data but I can't find that anywhere.

Any Advice?
