Jira Fail Over and Load Balancer Configuration

I am using Hyper-V VMs, and I am trying to implement Jira Fail over and load balancer on Windows machines. I need help in connecting the Jira Data center to MySql but they are on different VMs.

Is there any configuration or document that might be useful for my case?
