Hey Guys.

I hope you can help me to solve some questions regarding implementation  the Jira capabilities for our team:

1. We need deploy Feature for several environments (aka customers). asking you if it's  right to:

- Create that feature  as Issue type = Task ?

- Create that task for each customer ? so if I have 4 customers  = 4 (same) tasks will be  created ... ?

In addition : where or how can I see the whole picture for that feature: like the state of the deployment for all those customers... ?

I can say,  the logical business here in my work is like MATRIX. we develop generic features and deploy them just for several  Banks. So if the CTO asks to know in whom Bank that feature has deployed or not. 

That's  meantime.

I have additional questions - If you familiar with someone as experts in Jira (best practices) who can come to our office in TLV - IL (Freelance maybe?) and solve those questions - of course  by payment!!! and in Hebrew :) let me know ,
