Hey,
Jira's been down for us all day and I'm not sure what's going on. Getting a "Jira is under maintenance" message every time I try to access it, but everything else (Confluence, other spaces) is working fine.
When I poke around, I see our account is flagged as inactive and needs an upgrade. The weird thing is—we use Jira pretty much every day, so it's definitely not inactive from lack of use.
I think the issue might be that we briefly went over the 10-user limit on our free plan. A user got registered with two email addresses by mistake a few days back, and I removed the duplicate email today. We're back to 10 users now, but seems like the system flagged us before I could fix it.
Tried upgrading to see if that would sort it, but got an error. The system says to contact support, but looks like free plan accounts don't have access to support...so I'm stuck.
This feels like a bug on Atlassian's end, but I'm not sure how to escalate it. Has anyone run into this before? Is there something I'm missing on my end, or is this a known issue?
We'd rather stay on the free plan if we can, but we'll upgrade if that's what it takes to get access back.
Thanks in advance!
