Hello,

I was wondering if I could get some assistance with a JQL trigger that would assist with my goal.  I have a schedule task to run once a month on the last Thursday at 5pm.  However, to get a ticket to create I need a JQL search and execute the action and I'm stuck.

My goal is to automate a singular ticket once a month on the last Thursday, maybe there is an easier way to do this?

Hi Matt,

If you were just creating a ticket based on the scheduled trigger, you don’t need a JQL query.

Just uncheck the box for that schedule trigger in your image above. Then add a new action to create an issue.
