Jira Data Center AWS Templates always have Java 8 ?

Hi,

I created a jira dc stack in AWS using the templates provided at https://aws.amazon.com/solutions/partners/jira/

after setting everything up I saw that jira runs with Java 8.

that's a bit problematic because we need to test with Java 11.

How can we change that? I couldn't find an parameter in the template for that.
