Jira Dashboard Creation

I need to create a Jira Dashboard for my Jira project and I need to allow every member of the project to see the dashboard,

Is there a way through which I can achieve this?

Atlassian has a pretty good documentation about how to create Dashboards that you can check in the link below:

Also, you can set viewer rules in the dashboard. The viewer rules to dashboards in jira only allows viewer to:

1. Project - Any user in specific projects in jira (here you can use the project roles)
2. Group - Any user in group of jira (then you can select any group created in jira)
3. My Organization - Any logged in user in your instance
4. Public - Anyone on the internet. No sign-in required 
5. Private - only you can see this dashboards

So you can set the viewers to be project specific.
