Jira Customfield : Insert a Date without carring of the user's timezone

Hello, I have an issue concerning the customfields & dates into Jira.

We have configure into Jira a customfield of type "date" for certain type of ticket. When a creation is triggered from SOAP or REST, it transform the date (for my customfield) by using the user's timezone profile.

My question is : How can I send by SOAP or REST the ticket creation command and specify for the customfield to not take care of the user's timezone profile ? 

The version of Jira used is:

• Atlassian JIRA Project Management Software (v6.4.13#64028-sha1:b7939e9)
