Jira Core 8.14.1 installation error

Hi,

i wanted to update my jira core from 8.14.0 to 8.14.1.

After some checks the installation program starts to delete files from the old installation. But this step runs since 1 hour and does nothing. So i stopped the update now.

Is this behaviour known?

Can someone please help me?

Some additional info will be very useful:

• What operating system you have on the server?
• I hoped you backed up everything from your old instance.
• Please include some lines from the logs file after hiding any confidential info

Hi,

we use a normal Win10 Client, no server.

Yes, we backed up everything 

I opened some log files, but i couldn't find relevant info. Which log file would be helpful for you?
