Jira Connector -- Date Format

Ian Lundy

Hi!

I'm trying to use the Jira connector to import a csv file into Jira that will create epics automatically.

I upload the csv epic template file. On the Jira Connector Settings page, there is a field for Date Format. I've tried using the date format that's displayed in the field on the Jira Connector Settings page by default (dd/MMM/yy h:mm a) in the date fields in my epic csv template, see screenshot attached. When I do, I get the following error: Unable to parse datetime: 07/Apr/26 0:00 a using the date format pattern: dd/MMM/yy h:mm a. See screenshot attached. What date format should I use?

Hey, @Ian Lundy

Hope you're doing great!

Have you tried adding AM/PM to your date values?

Instead of using it as "07/Apr/26 0:00 a", use "07/Apr/26 0:00 AM", for example.
