Jira, Confluence, Bitbucket pages not completely loading

Hello everyone,

We've increasingly seen over the last few months that Atlassian website pages (which means, for us, Confluence, Jira and Bitbucket) sometimes don't fully load. For instance we'll get a Jira page with the frames round the outside, but the central content never loads (just placeholders). Similarly, we're seeing Bitbucket pull request pages often saying "Error loading content - try again" (or similar).  It's all cloud-hosted by Atlassian.

Is anyone else experiencing this?

Since it is Cloud version, it would be better to contact Atlassian support via http://support.atlassian.com.

That's not possible as we have an outsourced IT company managing it so I can't raise the ticket.

This is the whole point of community support...
