Jira Cloud system user

Hi, we are trying to create an integration with jira and were wondering if you could add system users to jira cloud. We used to use jira server and created some system users in that. we were wondering if it was possible to create system users in Jira cloud.

Hi Mohammad,

In Jira Cloud you can create system users just like in the server version, in this respect I think it is comparable (system user s like normal user). In Jira Cloud, it is not possible for a user to have a "Jira System Administrator" because some admin functions are not available for the Cloud.
