Hello @Pratik Airy

Welcome to the Atlassian community.

How long has it been since anybody accessed the product?

When did you receive the notice that the product was deactivated?

Free Jira subscriptions are deactivated after 120 days of inactivity, as stated in this document:

https://support.atlassian.com/security-and-access-policies/docs/track-storage-and-move-data-across-products/#What-happens-to-Free-plan-apps-if-they--x27-re-inactive-for-too-long

As stated in that same document the data will be permanently deleted after 15 or 60 days depending on the billing experience used by your site.

https://support.atlassian.com/security-and-access-policies/docs/track-storage-and-move-data-across-products/#Data-retention-period

If that second time period has also passed, your product cannot be reactivated. You will have to start a new subscription.

If that second time period has not passed, then you should be able to reactivate you subscription following the guidance in this document:

https://support.atlassian.com/subscriptions-and-billing/docs/reactivate-a-subscription/
