Jira Cloud for Excel - downloadable installation exe or msi?

My company has some very heavy security policy that blocks the installation of most applications in the way that an Add-In like Jira Excel works, I can however download and run executables with elevated permissions.  Is there a way to get Jira Cloud for Excel in an .EXE or .MSI format so I can install it this way?

Unfortunately I haven't.  I now just create and manage the excel locally and replace the existing saved in Confluence.  The file name is the same so It records it as a new version so there is some traceability
