Jira Cloud for Excel and Jira Cloud for MS Teams.

I have a team managed project and a company managed project and I am only able to use the Excel addin and Teams app to access my company managed project. Is there any way I can use the Excel addin and Teams app to access my team managed project? Thanks in advance!

Hi @Leithes_ Paul , that seems odd and I don't believe there is such a limitation. What exactly do you mean by access? Can you share what you are doing and what error you are receiving?

For Excel:
Connected using the addin, entered the authentication code in my browser, added a simple JQL statement but it only pulls data from my company managed project. 

For Teams:
I removed the addin and reinstalled and it connected me automatically to my company managed project. 

I don't receive an error, I just don't get the data or updates as I do for the company managed projects.
