Jira Cloud does not support customizing the fields displayed on hover cards?

Why Jira Cloud does not support customizing the fields displayed on hover cards? We want to add customizing the field such bug severity which are key info. for viewers. Thanks.

Hi @Lily Wu ,

There's no way to configure this behavior. I've tried checking JAC for open suggestions but couldn't find anything. 

What your Jira admin can do is to submit a ticket to Atlassian Support and suggest that feature request based on your use case.

I could see that this could be beneficial in some cases, so I'd say it would be nice that this is configurable.
